| EPIC Administration and Training Specialist | B.S. Degree required. Candidate will be required to perform as part of the Enterprise Process Improvement Collaboration (EPIC) team. This is a key position performing software application administration, software verification and validation, and end user support / training for web-based Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom developed software packages. Responsibilities include using, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications such as Oracle Webcenter, Serena Dimensions Configuration Management (CM), and Serena Dimensions Requirements Management (RM).
